Paradiso 37 Celebrates 10 Years With An Exciting New Menu

I was invited to a media event hosted by Paradiso 37 to try dishes from their new menu. As always my opinions are my own.

Paradiso 37 has one of the most eclectic menus in all of Disney Springs. Paradiso 37 invites you to Celebrate the Americas with a taste of North, Central, and South American cuisine. They offer everything from starters, salads, small bites, entrees, desserts, and unique cocktails. We had the opportunity to sample some of their newest menu additions and I’m excited to share them with you.

We started with the Guacamole and Chips. I love guacamole and this one didn’t disappoint. The chips were warm and tasty.

Then we tried the South American Crazy Corn. It’s fire roasted corn on the cob with aji amarillo and P37 cheese. It’s gluten free and delicious. I wondered how I would gracefully eat this and surprisingly enough it was very easy to hold onto the skewer and cut the corn off the cob with my knife. #CrisisAverted

Up next was my favorite item on the the menu the 3 Lil Pig Sliders featuring slow roasted pork, grilled pineapple, and whiskey BBQ sauce. It was served with a side of fries. The fries were extra crispy golden and delicious as well! I will definitely be back for this on a regular basis.

I’m just a girl wishing these 3 Lil Pig Pork Sliders were endless

As hard as it was to move on I had to because they started bringing out these delightful flatbreads. This one is their Tomato Basil. It’s very classic and simple with roasted tomato , P37 cheese, and basil .

Then we sampled the Shrimp & Pineapple flatbread with grilled pineapple, poblano, red pepper, P37 cheese, and BBQ shrimp. This was another solid favorite for me. The barbecue sauce is sweet and tangy, the peppers give it a little heat and kick, and the flatbread is super crispy.

Paradiso 37 has their own take on poutine. I was a little nervous to try this because I’m not really a poutine fan… but was pleasantly surprised by their version. It features some South American flavors. At the base are their P37 fries, cheese curds, roasted garlic gravy, and topped with braised beef.

Another classic appetizer that has been given a Paradiso 37 make over is the meatball. They offer a Chorizo Meatball made of spicy beef and pork that rests in a 3 pepper tomato sofrito. These were very hearty and flavorful.

I’m always on the hunt for a good salad and the P37 Tropical Salad is certainly in the running. It’s a mixed green salad with fresh pineapple, bacon, and toasted coconut with pineapple dressing. It was very filling but I think adding a side of grilled chicken or shrimp to this sounds heavenly.

We tried two of their taco options. This is the Brasas Chicken with grilled chicken, salsa, and roast corn pico, queso blanco, chipotle crema, and cilantro.

And the Baja Fish Tacos With battered white fish, flour tortillas, cabbage slaw, corn salsa and cilantro lime crema.

Garlic Butter Steak & Shrimp is Paradiso 37 ‘s surf and turf option and it’s incredible. It’s paired with roasted veggies and mashed potatoes.

Y’all is there anything better in this life than a Churro tree? I don’t think so… especially if it’s this one. These might be the perfect churro. They were very crispy on the outside and still chewy on the inside and came with a side of chocolate and caramel sauce.

And just when I thought it couldn’t get any better they served their Warm Beignets and Sweet Cream. These little Dell pockets are fried with spiced sugar, cinnamon and cloves, and topped with toasted almonds. They also come with your choice of dark chocolate or caramel sauce.

There is a generous amount of sweet cream inside every beignet.

Y’all know I don’t drink but Paradiso 37 has an extensive drink menu featuring unique spirits and specialty cocktails.

I snapped plenty of pictures of the pretty cocktails and everyone at my table loved them.

This is their Category 5. It’s known as the Paradiso 37 Hurricane. It’s crafted with Flor De Cana Silver Rum, Giffard Banana Liqueur, Grenadine, pineapple juice, and fresh lime juice.

The Cucumber Cooler Margarita has housemade cucumber water, Ancho Reyes Chili Liqueur, Fresh lime juice, and agave nectar.

The Grapefruit Paloma is made with Camarena Reposado, Giffard grapefruit, fresh lime juice, jalapeños, and pineapple juice.

This is their Welcome to Paradise Margarita with El jimador silver, Triple Sec, fresh lime juice and agave nectar.

This is their Winter in Paradise Specialty Cocktail. It starts with House infused Hibiscus Stoli Vodka, Watermelon purée, fresh lime juice, and finishes with agave nectar.

Paradiso 37 even offers dessert cocktails too. This is the S’mores Old Fashioned with Old Forester Kentucky Bourbon, agave nectar, cinnamon bitters, and a cinnamon stick with a toasted marshmallow.

And the final cocktail served was the Paradiso 37 Coffee featuring Siesta Key Coffee Rum, Siesta Key Toasted Coconut Rum, Cold Brew Coffee, Creme, and Nutmeg.

I can’t wait to celebrate with Paradiso 37 again soon and try a few more new things!

Thank you to the Paradiso 37 team for a delightful and delectable afternoon.

Aloha & Xoxo,

Kate
