Mickey Keto Chaffle
Okay… so you might be asking yourself…”What is a chaffle?”
It’s basically a waffle made primarily of cheese and egg. It’s perfect for a low carb or keto breakfast and it can also be used as a base for pizza or make two and build a sandwich.
Chaffles are super easy to make. You probably have the ingredients in your kitchen right now. Here’s what you need for one chaffle.
1 egg
1/2 cup of shredded cheese of your choice
Optional:
Seasonings of your choice
1/2 tsp of almond flour
I have tried to make these with just cheese and egg and they turn out great but have a slightly stronger egg flavor. Using the little bit of almond flour really makes them taste like a true “waffle”.
This recipe is as easy as 1, 2, 3
1. Preheat your waffle maker
2. Mix your ingredients together & pour into your waffle maker
3. Cook chaffle for 3 minutes and enjoy!
