What’s In My Bag    …    Disney Edition

I’m always ready for a day at Walt Disney World. Fall is one of my favorite seasons to visit the Disney Parks. Each year the Magic Kingdom hosts Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party and Epcot delights guest with their Epcot International Food and Wine Festival. I would highly recommend them both. You could say that they are two “must do’s” at Disney. I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing the festival and the party this year. They were top notch!

For this post I thought I would feature what I pack for a day in the parks.

Lately I’ve been packing my Les Sports Sac Macaroon Basic Backpack.

I adore macaroons and bright colors so this is the perfect bag for me! I’ve carried several backpacks and purses to Disney World over the years and this might be the lightest I’ve ever found. It’s made of nylon and comes with a bonus pouch to keep smaller items from floating around in your bag.

Sunscreen is a must for me in the parks.

I like Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunscreen. It feels weightless and gives me the protection that I need without that sticky-tacky feeling.

Florida sun can be bright.

Knockaround Sunglasses provide excellent sun protection for a day at Disney. Knockaround offers several styles and colors of glasses to choose from. You can even customize a pair to match any Disney outfit. The best part is that you can purchase a great pair of Polarized sunglasses for $30!

Next I toss in my wallet.

My wallet is an RFID protection wallet from Columbia. The compact size and extra security are what appeal to me most about this wallet. I also love the hot pink color! It makes it so easy to spot in my bag.

Hydration is key for a long day at Disney.

I picked up this Bubba bottle at T. J. Maxx a couple of months ago and I can’t say enough good things about it. It keeps whatever I’m drinking nice and cool and my ice lasts almost all day…not bad for $10.

If you haven’t been to Disney in awhile, you may not know that most of your day can now be scheduled by using their My Disney Experience app on your smartphone.

You can use the app to check out wait times for attractions, book dining reservations, and so much more!

I always pop a portable charger in my bag to make sure I’ve got plenty of “juice” to last me through the day.

I’ve had pretty good luck with this power stick made by Justin.

After a day of conquering Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, and Big Thunder Mountain I like to have a Dinglehopper on hand to take care of that “Mountain Hair”.

Even a small brush fit for a Princess will do!
And since we are on the subject… Every Princess needs a signature lip color.

I’ve had the same one for years. It’s a lip product called Sorme Lip Thick. It is a highly pigmented plumping gloss that has a sweet mint flavor. DOLL is my favorite color. It is a warm rose colored pink with a hint of shimmer.

You can always find Starburst in my bag.

I’m a candy fanatic and I love to snack on those while waiting in line. Who doesn’t love a Spoonful of Sugar …or a cube! 😉

Currently, the last thing that I have in my bag is an Epcot International Food and Wine Festival Passport.

I love exploring Epcot this time of year and collecting my stamps as I eat my way around the world.

Travel light and Travel often!

Aloha & Xoxo,

Kate
